With a focus on sustainability, we have a team of engineers and supplysolutions for utilities, mines, and commercial buildings, leading the way inSouth Africa’s solar energy transition.Key Responsibilities Business Development · Proactively identify and engage with new clients· Maintain and grow strong relationships withcontractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholdersTechnical Sales & Product Specification · Prepare technical proposals, tenders, andquotations· Conduct on-site technical presentations andproduct demos· Represent GC Solar at industry events, expos,and customer meetingsProject & Client Management · Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelydelivery and quality compliance· Ensure technical requirements are met throughaccurate product specificationCRM & Reporting · Maintain detailed records of sales activities inGC Solar’s CRM system· Submit regular performance and pipeline reportsto managementRequirements Candidate Requirements Qualifications: N4or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Experience: · Minimum 1 year in a technical sales environment· Proven track record in product specification andproject-based sales· Experience in the South African electrical industryis a strong advantageSkills: · Strong communication and presentation skills· Excellent organizational and project managementabilities· Ability to work independently and takeinitiative· Detail-oriented with accurate administrative andreporting habitsAdditional Requirements · Valid driver’s license and own vehicle· Willingness to travel locally and regionally asrequired· Flexibility to work extended hours when neededWhat We Offer · Base salary: R25,000 – R 35,000 /month· Commission based on performance· The opportunity to work with a reputable brandin a growth-driven industryHow to Apply Apply directly through our recruitment platform via ZohoRecruit.
