Responsibilities Source and shortlist applicants on selected vacancies. Schedule interviews for HRC and management. Ensure all required documents are received from applicants in a timely manner. Conduct pre‑employment checks and reference checks on selected candidates. Submit new employee details and documents to Payroll before the monthly cut‑off date. Onboarding: liaise with the Area Manager and Training Facilitators on training dates. Induct new team members by providing orientation information packs, reviewing company policies, gathering payroll information, and obtaining signatures for all benefit funds. Terminate staff: inform relevant parties in a timely manner and consolidate weekly termination updates. Industrial Relations: assist with tracking IR actions and ensure signed warnings are uploaded in a timely fashion. Maintain HRIS / ESS: transactional administrative functions, filing, data capture, updated record keeping, and regular file audits. Ad‑hoc responsibilities: reporting as required. Actively promote the Hollywood values; lead as an example to the team.
