About The Role We’re looking for a People Development Partner to architect and deliver enterprise-wide learning programs that serve our global employee base. You’ll focus on programs requiring consistency, quality, and broad reach—leadership development, onboarding, emerging capabilities, and core skills training that forms the foundation of our learning ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior People Development Partner, this role requires systems thinking, program design excellence, and coordination across regional colleagues who help deliver and localize your programs. You’ll balance centralized design (ensuring quality and consistency) with distributed delivery (enabling regional relevance). What You’ll Do Design & Deliver Global Leadership Development Design and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs for managers globally. Create blended learning experiences including e-learning modules, virtual workshops, coaching, and peer learning. Develop core leadership curriculum covering essential management and leadership capabilities. Build facilitator guides and enable regional colleagues to deliver local cohorts with consistency. Leverage assessment tools to personalize leadership development and build self-awareness. Measure program impact including behavior change and leadership effectiveness. Design resource library of leadership tools including toolkits, templates, and curated content. Own Global Onboarding & Early Careers Design and continuously improve enterprise onboarding experience for all new hires. Create role-specific onboarding pathways for different functions and organizational levels. Build onboarding e-learning covering culture, tools, processes, and compliance. Coordinate with regional partners and hiring managers to ensure consistent delivery. Design early careers programs with clear learning pathways and development milestones. Track onboarding effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and productivity metrics. Drive Emerging Capability Development Design and deliver training on emerging capabilities including AI, digital fluency, and future-focused skills. Build e-learning curriculum on new tools and technologies relevant to various roles. Partner with subject matter experts to identify capability priorities and training needs. Facilitate hands‑on workshops providing practical application and problem‑solving. Launch and support new learning tools and technologies. Track capability adoption and growth through data and skills assessments. Build Core Skills & E‑Learning Library Design enterprise skills workshops serving all employees on communication, productivity, and professional development. Build comprehensive e-learning library organized by role, level, and skill domain. Curate external content into guided learning pathways. Coordinate with regional colleagues on delivery, providing facilitator guides and quality assurance. Partner with subject matter experts to build technical and functional content. Establish content governance including review cycles, version control, and content lifecycle management. Essential Qualifications 5‑7 years in Learning & Development roles with strong program design and facilitation experience. Proven track record designing and delivering large‑scale learning programs. Instructional design expertise creating engaging, outcome‑focused learning experiences across modalities. Facilitation experience with global audiences via virtual delivery. E‑learning development portfolio using authoring tools. Experience with leadership development programs and manager training. Project management skills managing multiple concurrent programs with competing deadlines. Coordination skills working across matrix organizations and partnering with regional colleagues. Desired Qualifications Coaching certification or experience coaching managers. Experience with emerging technology training including AI and digital transformation. Train‑the‑trainer certification or experience enabling others to facilitate. Background in digital, technology, or professional services industries. Degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field. Technical Capabilities Instructional design methodologies and assessment design. E‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate). LMS administration and content publishing. Virtual facilitation platforms and collaboration tools. Video editing and multimedia content creation. Learning evaluation and measurement frameworks. Personal Attributes Systems thinker who designs programs that interconnect and sees the big picture. Scalability mindset building solutions for large populations using train‑the‑trainer approaches. Collaborative spirit partnering effectively and sharing ownership generously.
