Imports Logistics Coordinator As the Imports Logistics Coordinator, you’ll manage the end-to-end import process collaborating with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to guarantee seamless, efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage international shipments from origin to final delivery. Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely clearance and transport. Verify and process all import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Track container movements, monitor ETAs/ETDs, and update key stakeholders proactively. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and import legislation. Support procurement and finance teams with landed‑cost analysis and supplier reconciliations. Maintain accurate data on ERP systems and prepare logistics performance reports. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
