Sales Consultant (Afrikaans Speaking) – Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) Join TIH, a leading provider of South Africa’s financial services, and grow your career while being part of an organisation with purpose. Job Purpose Inbound or outbound policy sales, based on leads and campaigns. Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs. Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions. Requires solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and the market, with a focus on growing the brand. Responsibilities Customer Relationships Development – Make calls by telephone to allocated customers to develop new relationships or act as a first point of contact. Customer Needs Clarification – Interview the customer following a multi‑level sales script to clarify requirements, and assist in collecting client details for detailed notes. Set clear objectives for each sales call – Use standard materials to present to the customer, ask relevant questions to evaluate interest, and address further information needs. Sell Customer Propositions – Identify products or services that meet the customer's needs, explain selections, and invite purchase at standard price/terms. Use expertise to propose quantities and influence the customer towards the best benefits. Operational Compliance – Develop knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory codes to ensure work meets required standards. CRM Data Management – Schedule callbacks and enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact, creating call plans and ensuring quality data for retention and development. Performance Management – Prioritise workflow, meet productivity, quality and timeliness standards, and use performance systems to improve personal performance to meet SLA. Personal Capability Building – Stay abreast of internal policy changes and external regulations through online training and formal assessment. Sales Opportunities Creation – Identify potential customers via referrals, recommendations from existing customers, and gathered information. Education Matric/Grade 12/SAQA Accredited Equivalent; FAIS and Regulatory Exam 5 qualification (Essential) Experience 2‑3 years of telephonic sales experience (Essential) Experience in the Financial Services Industry (Advantageous) Think you have what it takes to be part of an unstoppable team who constantly finds better ways to give peace of mind?
