Personal Assistant (P.A.) (1 position) -Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa Closing: 20 November 2025 We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant (P.A.) to provide executive-level administrative support to the Director. The successful candidate will manage communications, schedules, meetings, and confidential documentation while ensuring smooth daily operations and professional representation of the office. Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Business Management (advantageous). 2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. Experience in a corporate, industrial, or technical environment is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items. Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries. Draft, edit, and proofread official correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Good interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timeliness and accuracy of administrative tasks. Effective management of the executive’s schedule and communications. Confidentiality and professionalism maintained at all times. Positive feedback from the executive and team members. Smooth coordination of travel, meetings, and events.
