Serve as a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders , resolving operational issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or supervision , preferably in a similar role. Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management systems.
