As the UX/UI Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with product managers and developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products that meet both user needs and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled designer to have a direct impact on the design strategy and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Design Process : Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all UX/UI work aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
  • Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing feedback, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketers) to define design requirements and develop cohesive, user-friendly solutions.
  • User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to drive design improvements and ensure a user-centered approach.
  • Design Strategy : Define and execute the overall design vision, ensuring consistency across all products, platforms, and user interfaces.
  • Design Systems : Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistent, high-quality design across projects.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing : Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure final designs are pixel-perfect and implemented accurately by working closely with development teams throughout the build phase.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Design Expertise : Strong experience in UX design, interaction design, and visual design, with a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.
  • Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , InVision , and prototyping tools.
  • User Research : Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data to inform design decisions.
  • Team Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading a design team, providing mentorship, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies clearly.
  • Portfolio : A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML , CSS , and JavaScript .
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Previous experience in financial services is advantageous.
