Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Delivery Lead to inspire and mentor a high‑performing team across South Africa and our global offices. In this role you will lead a global team of Delivery Leads, drive impactful initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance. Responsibilities Team Leadership – foster a positive team environment, set clear objectives, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement. Roadmap Ownership – collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define and maintain a product roadmap, balancing commercial viability, customer satisfaction, and technical feasibility. Roadmap Delivery – manage multiple initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or other appropriate methodologies, track progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely releases. Communication – maintain consistent communication with stakeholders about progress, changes, and expectations. Program Delivery – support program initiatives, provide executive‑level plans, and ensure smooth implementation and business transition. Ways of Working – facilitate Agile ceremonies, implement best practices, lead by example in transparency, reliability, and agility, and promote cross‑functional collaboration. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software development or technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects in a high‑performance environment. Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of speaking to senior stakeholders. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and strategic thinking. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
