Job Description Key Performance Output: Contribute to the development and execution of the Academy's business plan. Drive revenue growth through strategic key account management and stakeholder engagement. Partner with Business Development to develop and execute key account sales plans. Manage Airport Operations training related projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Develop, monitor and report on performance metrics to inform decision‑making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, impacting Airport Operations training programs. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance initiatives. Design and deliver Airport Operations training programs across various formats. Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities. Gather and analyse feedback to enhance training delivery and content. Customize dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Technical Skills And Experience National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Facilitator Training is essential. Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Development / Industrial Psychology / Business Administration (Relevant Core Area: Airport Operations) is Advantageous. 4 years operational experience in Training Facilitator / Human Resources Development / Learning and Development (Relevant Core Area: Airport Operations) is essential. 2 years operational experience in Key Account Management is essential. Accredited by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to Train in chosen specialist area Airport Operations. Registration as SDF / Moderator / Assessor. MS Office at intermediate level. HRMIS is essential. Code B; Motor vehicle licence is essential. Competencies Analytical Thinking Relationship Building Planning and Organising Conflict Management Project Management Communication and Presentation Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.
