Purpose Ensures programmes and projects are aligned to Liberty standards, methods, policies and portfolio requirements and serves as the main touchpoint between the PPM chapter and the LPMO 5 - 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 - 3 years at management level Minimum Qualifications Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas (NQF Level 07) in Project Management Additional Minimum Qualifications Process Provide management reporting for decision making, including project appraisal, evaluation and post-implementation analysis. Identify and document expectations and requirements, ensuring project/s business case/s and scopes are agreed, documented and approved. Manage and monitor the availability of information for project management information tracking, status reporting and accuracy purposes. Accountable for contributing to strategy enablement and implementation and delivery optimisation across an internal value chain, through best practice development and implementation. Draw on own technical and/or professional knowledge and experience to proactively develop alternatives and identify optimal best practice solutions for tactical problems. Plan to deliver work outputs related to a service or operational area, Manages interdependent functional activities, and directs best-practice priorities, standards and procedures to ensure efficiency within area of specialisation. Provide support to the Senior Specialist: PPM Governance and Value Management in development of the business case. Collaborate with LPMO and Specialist: Information Analyst to provide direction setting to PPM chapter by developing the necessary tools and frameworks . Own the responsibility of tooling at a programme and project level. Utilise and manage project management tools to gather required data and information. Manage complex programme related issues. Ensures the on-going development of the PPM Chapter to bring strategic value to the organisation by enhancing execution of project management standards, reducing risk and improving confidence in the overall delivery of projects. Customer Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for the purposes of expectation management, knowledge sharing and integration. Provide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal/external customers, that builds strong relationships and creates a favourable impression aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles. Finance Implement and monitor financial controls, management of costs and corporate governance throughout the area of specialisation. Learning and Growth Contribute positively to human capability improvement, related to knowledge optimisation and associated with area of specialisation. Manage the people development aspect to meet the needs within the Chapter that aligns to capacity management capability of the LPMO. Governance Develop and/or align governance and compliance policies for own practice and/or tactical area to identify and manage risk exposure liability related to the area of specialisation. Ensures programmes and projects are aligned to Liberty standards, methods, policies and portfolio requirements.
