The Role You’ll lead the charge in converting qualified prospects into clients, through strategic, consultative selling. You’ll run point on in-depth, meaningful sales conversations — often over several calls — where your ability to understand the client and articulate value is what seals the deal. When others might give up, you keep going. What You Do Conduct deep-dive conversations with qualified leads to uncover needs, pain points, and priorities. Craft and deliver tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate how our services solve their problem and deliver ROI. Manage a high-value pipeline and move deals forward with confidence and precision. Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and urgency. Track activity and pipeline metrics to stay ahead of targets. What You Bring A proven track record of closing high-ticket, consultative sales — with examples of deals won through persistence and skill. Confidence and competence in longer sales cycles, where value is built over several conversations. Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can steer a complex conversation without losing sight of the close. Resilience and a growth mindset — you keep going when, and you're always looking to improve. Experience with solution-based or service-based sales is a strong plus.
