Electrical Technical Sales – DIY, Retail & Wholesale Location : Durban Salary : R35 000 – R45 000 basic plus Car / Fuel Allowance All tools to perform daily tasks. Eg. Laptop, cellphone 50% Medical Aid Contribution of main member Performance based bonuses 13th & 14th cheque bonus allocations (subject to KPI & Company budget achievements) Duties Accurate and effective reporting on Salesforce Maintain relationships with existing customers Expansion of key topics / channels as defined by strategy Expand basket offering of existing customers Conversion of Resellers (non-stocking) to Approved Resellers (stocking) Manage Project stock Inventory at the Reseller level, based on procurement forecast Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer questions based on policies, and attending to new leads timeously. Weekly and monthly reporting Minimum requirements 5+ years experience in a similar role Good understanding of the manufacturing industry in KZN Experience in sales and business development process Strong electrical knowledge with excellent knowledge of electrical and manufacturing industry. A track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key customer relationships within the electrical and manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Salesforce experience in reporting and updating activities, and generating quotes. Must have mid-level proficiency in Excel. Exceptional level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Own car #J-18808-Ljbffr
