Admin Clerk - BUCO Nelspruit Company: The Building Company Location: Nelspruit Job Reference Number: Department: BUCO Industry: Retail Job Type: Permanent Positions Available: 1 Salary: Market Related Responsibilities Relief Reception and Cashier when required in a professional manner Ensure accurate filing of customer invoices (debtors account) timeously Assist with accurate cycle counting when required as part of the inventory auditing procedure Organize and consolidate month end statements for posting, tabulate and post data in record books Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities in the store, perform varietal clerical duties and utilize knowledge of systems or procedures: copy data and compile records and reports Ensure that all documents are completed and submitted timeously relating to the onboarding of all new employees Assist the Store Accountant with all administration relating to skills development and employment equity reporting Maintain Personnel Files and Administrative functions: maintain accurate personnel files and records, including sorting of leave forms and the administration and reporting of WCA claims and issuing and documenting disciplinary action administration Recruitment administration: assistance regarding recruitment administration and job advertising when required Capturing GRN's / CVR's into system: capture GRN’s/CVR’s accurately, prepare, issue and send out receipts, bills, policies, statements and checks Capture Invoices: match GRN's to invoices captured Processing of CVR's: process CVR's efficiently in case of incorrect quantities received, price differences and damaged goods returned Accurately and timeously reconcile creditors to supplier statements Investigate variances (price / quantity differences, etc.) and provide outcome of investigation to management Resolve queries with suppliers in a professional, accurate and efficient manner File documents: filing of unpaid matched GRN / delivery note / order / buy‑out details Uphold and promote the company values and culture Job Requirements Grade 12 Business Management N4 – N6 Human Resources N4 – N6 3 years of general administration duties Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Administrative Industries Wholesale Building Materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
