Responsibilities Act as the key project manager responsible for multiple projects across all project stages. Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. Proactively manage project schedules and deliverables in a high‑voltage products and services environment. Work under pressure and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Controlling in a high‑voltage products and services environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; technical education in electrical or energy engineering preferred. Project Management Qualification; PMP certificate an advantage. Experience in the energy sector or substations and knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. Basic knowledge of SAP beneficial. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical attitude, communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English language. Knowledge of NEC3, FIDIC, and other contract types. Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
