Overview The Floor Advisor is responsible for creating a brilliant in-store experience where our customers feel delighted, surprised and excited. To achieve this he / she should be connecting, engaging, telling our Curve Gear story, offering our unique solutions and establish a long-term relationship. He / she should also be ensuring that the store merchandising standards are always met to further enhance the overall customer experience. He / she needs to work effectively and efficiently on POS to check out the order by scanning the goods and finalize the transaction with the correct payment method. The Floor Advisor is also required to neatly pack the customer\'s goods and ensure that they are happy and have everything that they need before leaving the store. Responsibilities Create a brilliant in-store experience that delights, surprises and excites customers. Connect with customers, engage, tell the Curve Gear story, offer unique solutions and establish long-term relationships. Ensure store merchandising standards are consistently met to enhance the customer experience. Operate the POS to process transactions, scan goods, and finalize payments accurately. Neatly pack goods and ensure customers have everything they need before leaving the store. Qualifications MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Matric Certificate At least 2 years proven experience in the retail industry Strong knowledge, skills and abilities: self-leadership, customer orientation, merchandising, stock replenishment, teamwork, Curve Gear product knowledge and application, time management, proficiency with Shopify (POS), capturing accurate data, excellent verbal communication, problem solving, and attention to detail. Additional Requirements Willingness to work extended retail hours and over weekends. Computer literate: Microsoft Office suite. Salary range: R #J-18808-Ljbffr
