Your mission, roles and responsibilities Job title: YES FES&P Graduate Location: Pretoria Reporting to: FES&P Manager Contract: Fixed‑term (12 months) Closing Date: 21 November Responsibilities Coaching, training and maintaining the Faurecia Excellence System tools deployment. Using industrial knowledge to contribute to building the FES plan. Support pilots in applying FES methodologies and tools through active participation on the shop floor, providing training and coaching to plant personnel. Ensure correct daily usage of FES standards and transfer knowledge through workshops and shopfloor improvement activities. Assist with additional tasks assigned by the company. Qualifications Degree level education or equivalent site experience. Minimum 1 year of site experience. Recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs within a plant department using FES principles. Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer skills. Minimum bilingual (proficient level of English mandatory).
