This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems across production, packing, and site-wide equipment. The technician will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime across all beverage-related processes. Overview Main Purpose / Objectives of the Job : Promotion Campaigns and Events Execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events to showcase products to customers and end consumers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fun and exciting ways to make our brand come to life. Be able to plan for daily, monthly and quarterly promotion campaigns to ensure trade effectiveness and execution. Actively merchandise product and equipment increasing visibility at events. Electrical Systems Maintenance & Repair Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production, packing, and site equipment. Maintain and upgrade electrical panels, wiring, sensors, and control systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on beverage production lines, conveyors, pumps, motors, and packaging equipment. Perform mechanical adjustments and replacements to maintain optimal equipment performance. Preventative Maintenance Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on all electrical and mechanical systems. Identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity. Installation & Commissioning Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Ensure all installations meet safety, performance, and operational standards. Safety Compliance Adhere to all OHS Act regulations and site-specific safety protocols. Ensure safe handling of electrical components and mechanical tools. Record Keeping Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations. Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements. Customer & Team Interaction Communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors. Provide technical support and training where necessary. Requirements: Driver's License Code 10 license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit) required for on-site travel. Working Hours Full-time position. Standby duty required after hours, weekends, and public holidays for emergency repairs or preventative maintenance.
