Contractor Logistics – Parts Sales & Supply Kaizen (6‑Month Contract) Apply for the Contractor Logistics – Parts Sales & Supply Kaizen role at Toyota SA. The main purpose of the position is to oversee supply chain management and improve business development to enhance customer service and satisfaction. This includes managing new projects for sales enhancement. Duration: 6 months fixed‑term contract. Key Performance Areas: KPI creation, management and reporting. Organize and plan project tasks and schedules. Communicate project status to stakeholders and key participants. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure successful project completion. Create presentations and reports to communicate project status. Develop change‑management methods including documentation library ownership, process training, and communication plans. Project planning. Data analysis and data interpretation. Qualifications and Experience: NQF Level 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar data‑management related qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a team and influencing others in project‑management environments within logistics/supply chain. Strong project administration/management skills and knowledge. Data setup and analytics knowledge (data processing, report development, end‑user training). Microsoft Office, SAP and big‑data tools. Microsoft Power BI reporting background. Ability to work independently and solve problems. Ability to manage multiple projects. Stakeholder management skills. Competencies: Accurate information gathering and analysis. Aware and committed to our mission. Situational awareness and decisiveness. Communication and sharing of mid‑long‑term plans. Establish frameworks and systems for organisational learning. Creation of innovative vision. Attention to detail. Feedback of evaluation results and long‑term development of individuals.
