As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Orthopaedic Sales Agent to join our growing team and contribute to our vision of advancing medical excellence across South Africa. Responsibilities Promote and sell orthopaedic implants, instruments, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons in both the private and public healthcare sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and hospital decision-makers. Provide in-theatre product assistance to surgeons and nursing staff during orthopaedic procedures. Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on product use and benefits. Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, client visit schedules, and market feedback for management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations to identify business opportunities. Represent Jazzman Medical professionally at medical conferences, exhibitions, and training events. Qualifications Great knowledge of orthopaedic products Minimum 3 years of Orthopaedic Sales Bachelor of Science (BSc) or BNurse will be advantageous. Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Customer Service expertise to build positive client experiences and address client concerns effectively. Proven Sales skills focused on achieving targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred Remuneration & Benefits Commission-based structure : 20% of the total invoice value on all successful sales. Fleet card and eTag provided for business travel. Continuous training, product knowledge development, and career growth opportunities.
