Coordinator II: B.Ed. FP: Centre for Social Development 5‑year contract; 3 positions available. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all functions for the delivery of the B.Ed. Foundation Phase (part‑time, in‑service) programmes, including planning, staffing, facilitation, data collection, reporting and presenting detailed reports. Facilitate learning in relevant modules and courses at appropriate levels (through years 3 to 7 of the B.Ed.). Coordinate curriculum alignment of all programmes within the B.Ed. FP (part‑time, in‑service) with the B.Ed. FP (full‑time, pre‑service). Participate in the Senior Management Team (SMT) of the Centre for Social Development. Requirements Bachelor of Education Honours or equivalent degree (NQF level 8). A Master’s degree is an advantage. Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in the ECD and primary school environment, adult learning, and community development. Experience facilitating adult learning and professional development programmes. Experience coordinating and managing programmes, writing reports, setting exams and assessments, and conducting site support visits. Experience in a computerised administrative environment and a research record. A strong track record of service delivery (e.g., attrition and throughput rates).
