Tasks Creating captivating offers that grab attention and drive engagement Writing copy that converts from social posts to sales pages Making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and scale results Improving sales processes to increase efficiency and revenue Requirements Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) Ideally 1+ year of experience as a copywriter or in a similar creative role Strong understanding of marketing psychology and consumer behavior Ability to research audiences, competitors, and market trends to inform content Familiarity with direct-response marketing and conversion-focused copywriting Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Proactive, curious, and able to generate new ideas independently Experience with AI-assisted writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) is a plus Benefits Above-average compensation Flexible working hours Home Office Remote work Sabbatical Paid Vacation Even if you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.
