Introduction Our client in Durban North is looking for passionate Financial Advisors to join their team. They form part of a fantastic franchise that caters to high-end clients. The role is on-site with travel to clients and requires those who are keen to build and grow. This position can be structured in one of two ways, one being a commission-based role, with a guaranteed start of 80% and based on performance can go up to %. The second option is available to candidates who are currently earning a salary but with a reduced commission and validation targets to meet. Duties & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships Assess clients' financial needs and provide suitable solutions Offer guidance on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management Stay up to date with market trends and financial regulations Desired Experience & Qualifications RE5 or RE1 certification NQF5 and above FAIS Credits A clear credit and criminal record 1-2 years' financial advising experience Excellent communication and sales skills A self-motivated and results-driven mindset A motor vehicle and a drivers licence Package & Remuneration Commission Based - start at 80%, based on performance can go to % Salaried - based on current salary package, but with a lower commission structure Interested? #J-18808-Ljbffr
