Job Title: Estimator Location: East London Package: £60,000 – £80,000 plus package Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for an Estimator with a wide range of sector experience to play a key role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector. This Main Contractor work on projects across the UK and are renowned for working within a variety of different sectors. The projects the Estimator will be working on value between £50m and £100m and you will be playing a key role within the business. Responsibilities Play a leading role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector overseeing projects up to £200m. The first key project that you will be involved with is £250m Data Centre project. The current Estimating team consists of five Estimators – Trainee Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Estimators, Senior Estimator and a Managing Estimator. As the Estimator you will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested. Requirements Ideally a wider range of sector experience but importantly has had dealing within the Data Centre and Industrial sector. Someone who is hands on within the role.
