Our client, a leading player in the global fruit sector, is seeking a Commercial Lead to build strong relationships with growers, oversee commercial performance, and drive strategic growth across multiple regions. Paarl / Wellington area Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (or related field). Experience in Table Grapes, Blueberries, and Cherries will be beneficial. Verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans & English. Strong project management and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Ability to manage compliance, contracts, and CRM systems. Must be willing to travel locally and overseas from time to time. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with growers and licensees. Lead commercial activities, audits, and planting validations. Manage product lifecycles and royalty revenue streams. Provide post-sale customer service and support for new and existing varieties. Coordinate Open Days, grower visits, and compliance with agreements. Oversee reporting and data systems.
