Position Renewable Energy Sales Manager Location Location: Johannesburg, South Africa Employment Type Employment Type: Full-time About Us TBEA is a global leader in power and renewable energy solutions, providing world‑class products and services in solar, wind, transmission, and energy storage. With projects across Africa, we are expanding our presence in South Africa and seeking passionate professionals to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to grow TBEA's renewable energy business in South Africa. Identify and acquire new clients in the solar, wind, and energy storage sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and government stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and bidding to contract negotiation and closing. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the renewable energy, power, or electrical industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high‑value deals. Strong network with developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and energy stakeholders in South Africa. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel within South Africa and across Africa if required.
