Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of sponsorship‑related projects and tasks for the Club as well as a support function to the Athletics Club Team as a whole. Meeting with internal teams as well as external stakeholders and partners. Ensuring that the brand is represented well in relation to the sponsor (PR/Events/Social Media). Working together with a team to create collaborative messages, experiences or events that leave a long‑lasting impression with all involved. Ordering appropriate materials as well as booking staff as required. Liaising with service providers and working towards deadlines. Ensuring branding is impeccable at all events. Sourcing sponsorship for the Hollywoodbets Sports Club. Drafting and excercising adverts/notices/advertorials. Conducting interviews (written and behind the scenes for video production team). Managing relationships with sponsors and ensuring all deliverables are actioned as per contracts. Attending events, including events taking place outside of working hours. Travelling for work purposes, often with short notice. Compiling budgets. Working with a variety of departments to achieve objectives. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Ad hoc functions as required. What You’ll Bring To The Team Project Management skills. Stakeholder Engagement skills. Event Coordination skills. Brand Representation skills. Required Skills & Qualifications Drivers Licence (Manual). 2‑3 years in a marketing‑related position. Preferred Qualifications Diploma/Degree in a marketing‑related field (Preferred).
