Position Overview The purpose of the position is to assist the Branch Manager with employee and operation administration and assist with operating costs to ensure the maximization of company profit. Minimum Requirements Minimum Experience: 2 years and more relevant experience. Minimum Qualification: Grade 12. Minimum Requirements: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver's licence (at least 2 years old), computer literate, and an excellent command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written. Job Responsibilities Maintain and capture training in the Branch. Order stationery, convert job cards, scan all orders into jobs. Invoice outsource jobs and issue workshop uniforms. Maintain the OSHACT file. Invoice jobs once repairs are completed and vehicles delivered. Prepare GRVs, RFCs, and CODs. Order refreshments and stationery. Log calls with repairs to office and workshop equipment. Maintain manufacturer management. Manage petty cash. Maintain leave files and assist staff with leave queries. Assist HR with HR-related queries in the branch. Perform ad hoc duties within the branch. Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal skills to support. Self‑motivated. Honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible. High ethics and integrity. Team player. Organized and accurate.
