Duties & Responsibilities Sell test measurement equipment including high level Radio Frequency (RF) Communications equipment and recorder solutions utilising Agencies held by the Company into a geographically defined area. Services of the Sales support group: Prepare in conjunction with Management the yearly Budget for the area. Interface with all Principals when required. Build solid relationships with clients and Principals. Monthly forecast. Accountability & Authority Responsible for selling appropriate solutions into the designated area, being accountable for the viability of the solutions as well as accountable for achieving the Budget at the required Gross Profit, as specified by the Company from time to time. The authority to decide on the solutions to be offered to the client, as well as signing of proposal documents up to the monetary value as specified by the Company. Qualifications & Training Required BTech or National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering Light current. Minimum of 4 years’ sales experience, with ability to work alone, self-motivated, and target driven. 4 years’ sales experience in Test & measurement, Radio Frequency knowledge is a must Field Sales experience. Basic PC literacy, especially with Microsoft Suite. Competencies & Skills Required Technical skills as defined above. Communication skills, negotiation, information gathering, problem solving, Teamwork, understand industry, integrity, ethical conduct , and personal drive.
