Proactively pinpoint systemic challenges in the patient journey and apply high‑impact innovations to drive outcomes. Unite cross‑functional Roche teams to navigate barriers and deliver outcomes that improve access to care. Ensure Roche’s products are utilized appropriately to maximize patient benefits and build trust with stakeholders. Key Attributes Customer‑centric leader with strong relationships across diverse stakeholders. Strategic innovator combining visionary thinking with pragmatic execution. Qualifications and Experience University degree/NQF 7 in scientific, business, or economic disciplines; advanced degree in life sciences or MBA is an advantage. 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to Neuroscience.
