The Role We are looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven Order Fulfilment Assistant Manager (Warehouse) to oversee the warehouse operations that support our online sales. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end process of order fulfilment—from online orders to dispatch—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service for our customers. What You’ll Do Oversee daily online order processing and dispatch. Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing order fulfilment team. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, processing speed, and efficiency. Maintain accurate stock records for online orders and support cycle counts. Identify process improvements and implement solutions. Collaborate with e‑commerce and customer service teams to resolve issues. What You’ll Need Degree or Diploma in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management. 3–5+ years in e‑commerce order fulfilment or high‑volume warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems; Sage Pastel experience advantageous. Proven experience in inventory control and stock management. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. High attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
