Translate business needs into data and AI product requirements. Prioritize features and use cases based on business value and technical feasibility. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to build scalable products. Manage the lifecycle of AI/ML models from development to deployment and monitoring. Ensure ethical AI practices including fairness, transparency, and compliance. Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. Drives stakeholder alignment and communicates product strategy and progress. Oversee data quality, governance, and integration with enterprise systems. Coordinate A/B testing, model retraining, and performance optimization. Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., POPIA in South Africa).
