Join a prestigious Data Transformation Programme as a Business Analyst, helping to deliver on a large-scale programme aimed at redefining how data is shared, processed, and governed in the organisation. Knowledge and Experience Required A degree at NQF Level 7 / 8 or equivalent (preferably in IT, Business, Finance, or Data). 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally on major transformation initiatives. Strong experience in data management, business rule validation, and data sharing frameworks. Business Analysis certification (e.g. TOGAF, BIZBOK or equivalent). Practical experience in Agile delivery environments. Knowledge of system integration, process mapping, and regulatory reporting. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to business users and vice versa. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Collaborating with business stakeholders to document and update system workflows, operating models, processes, and rules. Drafting user stories and acceptance criteria in close partnership with Business Owners and Product Owners. Validating functional requirements and refining the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) as needed. Acting as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and system vendors. Supporting the update and maintenance of system documentation including manuals and user guides. Participating in User Acceptance Testing and monitoring requirement implementation quality. Engaging with architects and developers to ensure correct technical implementation. Managing ongoing change requirements and driving Agile ways of working throughout the programme lifecycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
