Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, explain design decisions, and present creative concepts confidently. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to bring fresh ideas and innovations to your projects. Qualifications: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. 4–7 years’ Experiencein design, with a strong focus on branding and digital execution. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital, and print design work. Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong conceptual skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). A solid understandingof digital platforms (web, social, UI design fundamentals). Motion Graphics/Animation: Experience with motion design and animation (After Effects) would be beneficial. Digital Design: Experience in designing for digital platforms, including websites and social media. Print Production Knowledge: Understanding of print processes and experience working with printers to ensure design intent is achieved in final output. Typography & Layout: A strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout principles. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, polished work. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both clients and colleagues. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems with innovative design solutions. Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is open to feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment. Bonus: Experience withFigma,After Effects, or other prototyping/motion tools.
