Introduction MHR is looking for experienced Advanced Life Support Practitioners (ALS) / Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP) to work part‑time shifts (OPERATIONS and EVENTS) in Trichardt in Mpumalanga province. Duties & Responsibilities Oversees and ensures operational readiness for emergency calls Administers patient care in line with scope of practice Liaison with trauma staff and doctors Provides basic shift administration services Requirements Advanced Life Support Practitioner (CCA, Ndip) or other relevant qualification is essential Professional registration with HPCSA as an ALS / Paramedic or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP) A valid drivers' license and valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) (Requirement for Operations shifts. If only going to work events, no PrDP required) Proven operational experience as a Paramedic or newly qualified Paramedic – 1 year's ALS operational experience will be advantageous Sound knowledge of the EMS environment Knowledge and application of HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice Working knowledge and experience of Patient Report Forms Upholds high ethical and professional standards Responds constructively to pressure and perseveres through challenges Collaborates with and supports colleagues in order to achieve shared goals Reaches sound decisions through the evaluation of relevant information Strives to identify and deliver on patient's needs and continuously focus on the patient experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Benefits Competitive pay rates Flexible payment options Placement opportunities at various clients across South Africa Complimentary indemnity cover at specified clients Interested? #J-18808-Ljbffr
