The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Other duties include ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing critical care cases, and collaborating with other medical professionals. The role requires someone who can effectively lead a team and maintain the high standards of care that TOTALCARE is known for.
