About the Role In this role you will provide legal practical guidance and market insight by reviewing documents, undertaking research, drafting content and maintaining trackers. This is a permanent role. Responsibilities Review new and existing content for quality and legal accuracy, recommending process improvements. Monitor developments and update trackers for consultations, cases and dates. Draft practical guidance content (eg FAQs, practice notes, precedents, trackers, checklists). Conduct legal research and liaise with subject matter experts within the Practical Guidance practice area teams. Support the development and implementation of initiatives to grow and improve the Lexis+ offering. Requirements Degree in Law or equivalent experience. Comfortable working shift hours Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (June–Oct) and 11 AM–7 PM (Nov–Mar), SAST. Detail orientation and quality‑focused approach. Excellent research and writing skills. Good understanding of legal issues, procedures and content types. Creative thinker, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders. Innovative problem‑solver, collaborative team player. Open to using social media and new technology.
