The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Coordinator adds value by creating order, visibility, and rhythm across the recruitment process, from scheduling and systems management to reporting and process improvement. What We're Looking For Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or operations support. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) eg. Greenhouse. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or tech environment. Exposure to employer branding, sourcing, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
