The Role Senior Product Manager, Digital Learning We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end evolution, delivery, and success of the company's digital learning portfolio, including Diplomas, Certificates, Enterprise Microlessons, Custom Partner offerings, and Membership programs. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will drive both product management (roadmaps, delivery, AI-powered learning experiences) and product marketing (positioning, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and enterprise). This is a high-impact role with direct influence on shaping the future of global e-learning. Key Responsibilities Lead the innovation and growth of the learning offerings, from microlessons and diplomas to membership journeys. Embed AI-driven personalization, recommendations, and smart content discovery. Define and maintain clear product roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication. Translate learning science and pedagogy (microlearning, simulations, accessibility) into scalable, high-quality digital learning experiences. Go-to-Market & Commercial Growth Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform product positioning and competitive differentiation. Craft messaging and GTM strategies for diverse audiences (UK/Ireland/Commonwealth/US/global). Lead integrated product launches and campaigns, landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle journeys. Partner with leadership on pricing, packaging, and promotions to drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. Enablement, Insights & Analytics Build sales enablement tools: battlecards, value calculators, competitive comparisons. Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine product features and marketing campaigns. Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring insights inform both product and marketing teams. Delivery & Platform Readiness Oversee vendor/partner management, including offshore development teams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality. Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), platform integrations, accessibility standards (WCAG), and deployment readiness across Brightspace and Hivebrite. Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) with clear release notes and acceptance criteria. Identify and implement AI/ML solutions for personalization, chatbots, smart search, auto-transcriptions, and recommendations. Pilot and scale AI-driven learning enhancements that improve learner experience and engagement. What Were Looking For Experience 7 -10 years spanning product management and/or product marketing roles, ideally within digital learning, SaaS, or EdTech. Proven success in launching and scaling complex products for both B2C and B2B/enterprise markets. Track record of driving engagement, conversion, and commercial growth in digital learning environments. Core Skills Strong product positioning, pricing strategy, and persona-led go-to-market execution. Deep understanding of instructional design (microlearning, simulations, accessibility). Expertise in agile product development and stakeholder management. Commercial mindset with analytical ability to assess funnels, user behavior, and product-market fit. Tools & Technologies Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS (Webflow/WordPress), and LMS platforms (Brightspace, Docebo, LearnUpon). Familiarity with community platforms (Hivebrite), APIs, and learning standards (xAPI, SCORM). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, EdTech, Learning & Development, Computer Science, or related field.
