Responsibilities & Duties Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex security and cloud projects for Ekco customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers. Manage multiple projects concurrently, reacting well to pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Provide comprehensive project plans, including scope, roles, responsibilities, risk assessment, budgets, and timescales. Analyse and translate business requirements into project requirements. Identify opportunities to automate processes and functions. Manage and liaise with 3rd parties as required. Maintain effective communication to stakeholders and 3rd parties regarding status, changes, issues, and progress. Produce clear, consistent documentation (Contracts, SOW, etc.). Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Manage project change requests and update plans accordingly. Ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budgets. Monitor, track, forecast, and report project status to the PMO and senior stakeholders. Provide project management guidance and assistance to team members. Ensure compliance with PMO governance, financial tracking, and cost control throughout the lifecycle. Essential Skills / Experience Full driving licence and willingness to travel to Ekco and client locations. Experience working in fast‑paced environments. Strong problem‑solving and independence. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Successful delivery of multiple technical projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Five years or more working within the IT Services industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project. Strong stakeholder management, including executive‑level engagement. Technical Knowledge Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365). Technical solutions such as MS Defender, Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam. Understanding of IT industry and managed services. Familiarity with security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, IAM, endpoint protection). Bonus Experience ITIL Service Transition or Service Operations. Technologies such as SharePoint, Active Directory, Messaging, Virtualisation, Networking. Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification. PMP or PMI certification.
