Overview FX Swedish Sales Retention Agent (Cape Town, South Africa) TopTalent Recruitment Agency is excited to announce an incredible opportunity with a leading financial broker brand, seeking experienced Swedish-speaking Sales Retention Agents for their office in Cape Town, South Africa. Please note that only those with a minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales retention in the Forex industry will be considered seriously and proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promote the company's products and services Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers Increase chances of future sales Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given Keep up to date with the financial markets REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written.
