Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications: CA(SA) with 2 years post Advanced Excel Sage Evolution VIP Payroll Job Description: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Responsible for feasibility studies for new campuses and offerings and drafting feasibility motivations. Reviews and advises on campus profitability. Reviews and proposes fee structure in line with the company's strategy. Undertake Due Diligence as required for new brand acquisitions. Budget Management: Compile the annual budgets and update as required. Monitor and track performance against budget and liaise with Deans and budget managers in this regard. Manage variances in actual vs. budget expenditure in all areas of accountability. Manage the collections team regarding revenue collection and outstanding payments. Manage Capex in line with budgets and profitability ensuring accurate completion and proper authorization. Implement an appropriate financial reporting and cash flow management plan to support the achievement of the company’s strategy. Collate and analyze financial performance information. Ensure reports are produced accurately and disseminated timeously monthly, quarterly, and annually. Manage BEEE reporting.
