Introduction We are assisting our client in recruiting for a dynamic team player who can provide exceptional administrative support to the branch manager Duties & Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesDuties would include but would not be limited to : Switchboard Assisting with all internal sales processes Compile Quotes Process purchase orders and sales invoices Writing out and process delivery notes Manage loading lists Manage Stock sheets Complete and process Credit Requests Filing of documents and keeping various spreadsheets up to date General Stock control Manage Consignment stock / partake and assist with stock take Monthly fuel recons Occupational Health a Safety duties (being the first aider and all administration related to OHS)More info about the position : A mandatory three-month probation period Work hours are from 07h h30, Mon to Fri. Company uniform to be worn Mon – Fri (supplied by the company) Desired Experience & Qualification Skills and competencies Matric qualification (essential) Prior experience in an office environment (receptionist, office administrator, internal sales, client liaison) Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Understanding of basic accounting functions (Cash book, Debtors, Creditors) Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans (knowledge of vernacular languages are advantageous) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively Professional, reliable, and a strong team player with good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
