Duties & Responsibilities Conduct financial assessments for clients and develop tailored risk and investment strategies. Help clients to identify and achieve their financial dreams, by tailoring a financial plan that covers investments, insurance, and retirement planning, thus creating wealth and peace-of-mind for their clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and financial products to provide the best guidance to clients. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through regular communication and support. Provide excellent service orientation and frequent contact with clients. Desired Experience & Qualification A strong background in sales, finance, customer service or related fields. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented. Relevant certifications (e.g., RE5, CFP, CFA) are a plus. Successful track record in terms of previous positions. Impeccable work ethics. Ability to work autonomously. Effective Marketing and Networking Skills. Ability to plan and manage time effectively. Target Driven. Laptop (Windows 7 professional and above). Package & Remuneration Your income will be Commission driven. The various components of your Commission are First Year Commission, Renewal Commission, and Automatic Contribution Increase Commission.
