Job Overview Three6five Digital Solutions, located in Cape Town, is seeking a L1/L2 Network Engineer to join our team. Candidates must reside in Cape Town – relocation requests are not accepted. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems, including wireless access points, routers, and switches. Provide technical support to managed‑service clients and answer directly to the IPE team leader. Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve customer networks to maximize performance. Implement network performance monitoring solutions. Install and configure wireless, network security, routing, and switching equipment. Lead deployment projects and serve as technical lead. Audit core network components and maintain accurate network diagrams and NMS data. Design networks based on business requirements. Monitor security logs and respond to breaches. Stay current with technologies across the networking infrastructure. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for network services and equipment. Manage and support network infrastructure. Qualifications and Minimum Requirements CCNA, CCNP or equivalent professional certification plus at least one associate certification (Juniper, Ruckus, Fortinet, Arista, Nokia, Alcatel). Multiple professional certifications preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in a networking role. Good knowledge of NMS systems. Valid driver’s license and own transport. Tech‑savvy with working knowledge of networking products. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. Customer‑oriented, calm‑tempered under pressure. Fortinet experience preferred. Employment Type Full‑time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
