Purpose of the Role The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and curating engaging and effective learning content that enhances employee knowledge, skills, and performance. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging brand aligned training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including blended learning; face-to-face; digital etc. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure key training needs are identified and translated to drive, facilitate and achieve company goals through learning experiences. LMS (Learning Management System) support, monitoring, and management. Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation of learning content, experiences and competencies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Accurately report on and monitor the learning journey and outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field. 3 - 5 years' experience in content creation, instructional design, or digital learning development with strong storytelling and instructional design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva), including video creation. Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and learning psychology. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in financial services and or contact centre environments, advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
