We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, have a strong academic background, and are ready to take on challenging projects. ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering an 18 months structured Candidate Technician training programme aligned with the Engineering Council of South Africa's (ECSA) requirements. The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a coach and mentor on an accelerated development journey that is rooted in a high-performance culture. Successful candidates will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 18 months. After the programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment based on their performance.
