We’re on the lookout for a code-slinging AI & Automation Developer who’s as comfortable crafting elegant frontends as they are wrangling Kubernetes clusters or plugging in machine learning models. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill dev gig. You’ll be shaping full-stack apps that fuse brains (AI) with brawn (automation) and your code will directly power smarter, faster, better ways of working across industries. What You Bring 5+ years as a full-stack developer , scaling web-based systems. Strong chops in: Frontend : HTML, CSS, JS + React/Vue/Angular. Backend : Node.js, Express, Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django). Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Docker & Kubernetes mastery. Confidence with Git workflows and CI/CD. Bonus points if you’ve plugged AI/ML models into apps before. A Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience that screams "I can do this"). Solid communication skills + a touch of leadership instinct. What You’ll Do: Architect & Build : Design scalable full-stack apps with AI and automation baked in. AI Magic : Integrate NLP, computer vision, predictive models, and more into real-time applications. Mentor Mode : Share wisdom with juniors through reviews, pair programming, and coaching. DevOps Drive : Build slick CI/CD pipelines to ship with speed and confidence. Container Life : Run Docker + Kubernetes to keep services resilient. Data Brain : Work across SQL and NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis). Security First : Lock everything down with OAuth, JWT, and best practices.
