HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth of the G-STAR Women’s Collection within our South African Sales department. Expand women’s business across key accounts, open new wholesale doors, develop short- and long-term plans, shape impactful partnerships, and elevate brand visibility through a 360° approach. YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Expand the G-STAR Women’s Collection share within key accounts and open new wholesale accounts. Build and maintain strong partnerships with wholesale accounts across South Africa. Develop short- and long-term strategic plans to grow the Women’s business in the South African market. Create and execute joint business plans on a seasonal and annual basis, covering product, finance, marketing, and logistics. Drive brand visibility and performance at door level through a 360° differentiation and segmentation strategy. Analyze performance and budgets against planning for Women’s wholesale accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement. Report key insights and recommendations to the Head of Wholesale South Africa (sell‑through, stock turn, assortment, brand visibility, in‑store presence). WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Bachelor or Master in a relevant field, and 3‑6 years of sales experience in Women’s Fashion or Luxury industry. Excellent knowledge and experience managing key accounts in Women’s Fashion & Apparel. Strong Excel skills and a data‑driven approach with a focus on sales and customers. Strategic and analytical capabilities to balance customer interests and develop successful business plans. Natural ability to build strong partnerships at all levels. Proficiency in analyzing sell‑through and performance reports, identifying opportunities. Passion for Women’s wear fashion. Self‑confidence, energy, and strong business acumen.
