We are seeking to appoint a Head AI and Data Engineer . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimisation of data platforms and AI-driven systems , ensuring scalability, security, and high performance across all data pipelines and workflows. Skills and Experience Required 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Lead Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage , and Composer Strong programming skills in Python (using SQLAlchemy or similar ORM), SQL , and either Java or PHP Proven experience in data modelling , schema design , and performance tuning Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as Gemini (advantageous) Demonstrated ability to manage complex data workflows , troubleshoot edge cases , and ensure data security Experience in cloud cost optimisation and scalable architecture design Excellent communication skills and a high level of professional accountability Should you not hear from us within 3 days, please consider your application unsuccessful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
